AWESOME FOR MOMS WITH BACK PAIN!!!!
(Score 5/5)
I love this stroller! We purchased it in green. They were out of the orange. My girlfriend has the beige (which I love and thought it would get dirty- it wipes clean real easy and so nice!. You can't go wrong with any color.
I have pulled muscles in my back easily with the graco stroller we had. We decided it was worth the cost to get this stroller. The belly bar we had to purchase separately. It can be used to attach interactive toys and positions at multiple levels to accommodate the baby's reach. Baby Jogger Adjustable Belly Bar
We bought the "sunshine kids" cup holder attachment with the center opening and hidden zip pouch- perfect...from amazon.Sunshine Kids Stroller Accessory Buggy Buddy
We started using this stroller right away with our four month old (we had to use a head and body positioner- insert from "summer" that worked like a charm. Summer Infant Snuzzler Velboa for Head and Body Support, Grey My son loves the stroller, too. So easy to use. The folding ease alone makes the cost worth it! The stroller doesn't allow the the baby to sit completely upright. This is o.k. for us.
The basket is small, but we use a med size diaper bag and a large purse with no problem. The rear bar gets in the way when loading and unloading items in the basket. I opened the snaps attaching it to the back two wheels and re-snapped them below the bar; much easier! Also, use the sides to load and unload the basket.
I purchased a joovy for backup stroller- it's cheaper, the wheels are already bad (only had it for two months) and folding is a nightmare compared to this one. Can't wait for our next baby. Will definitely purchase the twin city mini!

Mini Baby jogger

We purchased this stroller for our almost 3 year old who is tall. This stroller has been working out wonderfuly for him. The comfort, ease of folding with the pull of one strap and easy to push and turn. My husband actualy enjoys taking our son for walks in this stroller. Most of the other strollers, the hood or a bar at the top would hit the back of his head. This stroller has plenty of room for him to grow. I do wish it included a parent tray and the child tray.

Very good but posture is an issue
(Score 4/5)
There are a number of positives to this stroller:
+ Compact (it fits in the back of my Mini Clubman with the rear wheels popped off)
+ Ease of folding (just pull the strap)
+ Ease of removing the wheels (one button)
+ Big canopy
+ Large windows in the canopy
+ Tall handle (easier on my back than the Graco we have)
+ Good ride (not close to the ride of the old English pram we used when she was young, but better than the Graco)
+ Accessories (we have Baby Jogger Child Tray, there are others available)
+ Weight
+ Turns on a dime
+ Easy reclining (one hand)
Some things that are adequate:
= Decent storage space (not fantastic, no hanging bags from it)
= Wheels size (could be bigger but not a big problem)
= Wheel construction (solid EVA, inflatables would be a positive upgrade)
= Reclined position (goes almost flat)
And only a few negatives
- Five point harness is overly restrictive for a walking stroller (and this is definitely a walking stroller not a jogging stroller). The harness also makes it
- Hard to sit up in
The reason I am taking one star off is that our nine month old daughter (who has exemplary posture in the Graco) just can't sit up straight in this. I worry that her slouching could become a bad habit. We have reconfigured the five point strap to act like a lap belt so she can sit up, but she almost always ends up with her back bent in a position that would give me a back ache. We have taken her on long walks in the Graco and she is fine. On long walks in this she fusses after about a mile and a half. Since providing a seat is one of the core attributes of a stroller, it is worth noting. We mostly use the Graco around the neighborhood even though it is clunkier just because she is more comfortable.

not quite right....
(Score 4/5)
After reading so many stellar reviews, and receiving a strong recommendation by a sales clerk at a local baby store, we ordered a 2010 Baby Jogger City Mini (single) in Crimson/Grey. Upon arrival, we were pleased with the fabric construction and its smooth ride. Now we have owned it a week, and here are the downsides:
(1) The front wheel broke (stopped working correctly) within 5 uses. The issue is that the lock/swivel mechanism is flimsy, and it falls into locked position when you don't want it to. This basically eliminates the smooth maneuverability of this stroller, and I would simply NEVER use it in a permanently locked position. We are waiting for a replacement front tire (backordered for at least a month). The temporary fix suggested by BJ customer service was to duct-tape a penny over the locking pin so it doesn't engage. We've found that a large 1/2" metal washer works better; however, with either of these temporary-fixes, you have to be prepared for the front wheel falling off every time you fold the stroller (in parking lots, on the sidewalk, while your baby's in one arm or waiting in the car).
(2) Not great for tall parents, but it's better than many strollers. I'm 5'9", husband is 6'1"-- I occasionally kick the back wheel bar, unless my arms are fully extended in front. On this note, my husband doesn't like that the handle curves so that you have to bring your arms more toward the center of your body to grasp it.
Overall, it might be a quality product for someone out there, but so far, it's a bit of a let-down like most of these ridiculous consumer-experiences we face.
Update 9/15/2010: BJ sent the replacement front wheel a bit sooner than they estimated. The new front wheel has been redesigned so that this switch which engages the locking pin now also has a clip. This helps keep the switch from falling down, and thus the wheel from locking when you don't want it to. Hopefully, this is the type wheel they will be putting on all new products. BTW, I was fairly impressed that when I called Baby Jogger, I spoke to a person (in perfect English) fairly quickly who took care of the warranty issue.

I've never reviewed anything but fel like this stroller deserved it! I cannot say enough good things about this stroller! It is unbelievably easy to use and extremely light weight while still feeling sturdy. It's so convinient being able to just lift up on the strap in the seat to fold it up. There have been so many hot days when I have taken my baby out of the stoller and put her in the car and was so glad that the stroller folded up so fast so that she didn't have to sit in the hot car and wait for more than a second while I packe it up. I also really love the way that it turns so sharply. It definitely comes in handy when navigating through small areas that aren't necessarily accomodating for stollers. It has made being a first time mom a little bit easier!

Does the Job/Overpriced/Cheaply Made

Baby Jogger Car Seat Adapter - Depending on the type of Car seat you have you will use some or all of the parts included. Overall the product does what it needs to do, but is pretty cheaply made for what you are paying.
The only reason I would get this product is if you don't want a Snap&Go in addition to this, i.e. save space. Otherwise we would have kept the snap & go for the same cost as the car seat adapter. You can probably get this used, and save yourself the money of getting it new.

I love this bar!!! It has made everything so easy for popping my carseat into the stroller and going! I really wanted the city min after being able to use a friend of mine's but had already recieved a Britax Chaperone carseat as a gift. I was afraid that I wasn't going to be able to use both, but the carseat adaptor bar made it to where my stroller and carseat were completely compatable. I absolutely am glad that I bought it. At first I thought that it seemed a bit pricey for a bar, but it had saved us money and trouble in the long run from having to buy a whole new set. This way I got the carseat that I wanted and the stroller that I wanted and they work together perfectly even thought they are not the same brand.

unnecessary. the stroller alone is all you n
(Score 2/5)
There are two reasons to buy an adapter that allows you to put the infant carrier car seat into your stroller. The first is so that if you have a sleeping baby in your car seat, you will not disrupt him by transferring him to the stroller. the second reason is because the stroller is for more mature babies, namely those with neck control and or can sit up. If you are really concerned with issue number one then perhaps you will consider getting this. However I found that it was rare indeed that my baby was asleep in the car seat at the time I needed to use the stroller, and he always went back to sleep if we just took him from the car seat and out him in the stroller. if you are more concerned about the second issue then you really don't need to buy this. the citi mini stroller fully reclines to accommodate the youngest of babies. If you want to support the little neck consider buying an infant support insert Kiddopotamus Snuzzler Complete Head and Body Support, Ivory Terryfor a fraction of this price.
In conclusion. This product is only minimally useful. It does adapt to an infant carrier car seat, but it isn't really necessary and certainly not for this price.

First of all, I LOVE the Baby Jogger stroller. Second, I'm so glad that I splurged for the car seat adaptor! It is easy to put on and take off of the car seat. It is extremely handy for anyone who has a baby that falls asleep in their car seat. And in addition to that, I love having my baby face me when I'm out shopping. Great purchase.
