Skip Hop Duo Deluxe
Diaper Dude
Spacious main compartment
Compartments and Pockets
Additionally, there are also two interior bottle or organizer pockets and an adjustable side mesh pocket for a baby bottle or a parent's water bottle. There are two zippered pockets at the top of the bag, which can hold parents' stuff such as a wallet, keys, PDA etc. A large rear pocket is designed to hold diapers and the changing pad, so you don't need to dig inside the bag to find them. The bag also features easy-access pen holders, and a cell phone side pocket, which according to reviews is big enough for a smartphone. Some reviewers say they could only find 10 pockets and not 11 as advertised, and that the pockets (inner compartments) are not easily accessible.
Easy Bottle Access
Suitable for Dads too
Easy to Hang on Stroller

too small
(Score 1/5)
I have this bag and do not like it at all. It is way too small! All the pockets are great but if you put anything in the pockets you have no room inside the bag in the main space. It's so frustrating! I can hardly fit all that I need and I just have a newborn so there isn't a ton that I need at this point. The stroller clips are why I bought it and it is nice but not worth it when I cannot fit what I need into the bag.

Perfect size when out-n-about

I have the Skip Hop Duo in Blossom. Kinda sporty style, mod & pretty, too! I'm pregnant with my 2nd child & have an almost 2 yr old. My kids will be 21 months apart. I did not research diaper bags with my first baby. I just bought or registered for what I liked and seemed affordable. I wound up with a beautiful laptop-looking herringbone dipe bag from Wal-Mart that was huge & when slung over my shoulder, the straps were too short! I'm 5ft. 1 in. & petite btw. I bought a GORGEOUS Bella Tunno bag from Gap, but it was too large for everyday trips to the store or friend's homes. Then I bought a Land's End tote with monogramming. Classic, could be used later, but my son was walking by this point and after a day at the mall play area, I realized I needed a smaller, hands-free option. I ended up using my free Similac dipe bag from the hospital. As a gal who loves purses, this was functional, but not ideal. I researched like crazy this time from websites to magazines to watching youtube vids (very helpful). It came down to the Serena & Lily Gypsy tote ($164), JJ Cole System 180 ($70-80), JJ Cole Mode ($60) & this Skip Hop Duo.
S & Lily was out not only because of the much higher price, but I needed something a bit more practical with pockets on the outside at this point (I still want this bag, though, maybe a Christmas gift!). The System 180 was still a bit larger than what I was looking for, but great for longer trips! The Mode had great reviews, but what sold me on Skip Hop Duo was the built in Shuttle Clips, I never have to worry about forgetting them like with JJ Coles Grips. Plus, I wanted something a bit more streamlined & it looks more like a bag you might take to work (I'm a high school teacher, now SAHM).
It's true that once you start filling up the outside pockets, the inside gets cramped, but this forces me to take a bit less. I've packed it for 2 kids already. I keep 4 dipes & change pad in large back pocket, clothes (in bottom)& snacks (on top) in the main compartment and then find places for all the little stuff. The small zip pocket on top is perfect for my lipgloss, sunglasses & wallet (you just have to have a smaller wallet). PERFECT For a run to the store or friend's home. I decided if I'm going somewhere like the zoo, I'll pack this Dipe bag same as above, I always take in a mini softsided cooler for snacks/drinks. Then I'll keep my Land's End Tote in the car stocked for the actual rare emergencies when I need 3 changes of clothes and tons of diapers. The over packing for emergencies is what does me in sometimes, so I'm willing just to keep a tote in the car for the extras that many times aren't needed.
Oh and get the pacifier pocket! I love this thing. Frees up more space in the bag. Wish I had one with my son. Long review! Hope that helps.

Awesome bag!
(Score 5/5)
Looked at this one and many others for when baby #6 arrived... Having kids spaced out with between 20-32mo apart I needed something that could last and hold the pull ups and clothes for the potty trainer, the diapers and snacks for toddler and diapers and spit rags/clothes and more for the newborn... I would say that since it is tall, it might have been better to be a bit wider... However we manage, I may reorganize and that could help with that problem.
I love how I can have everything organized and the separate cell phone pocket is a huge plus!
The colors/pattern makes it fun and not the dull plain ones I have. The shoulder pad actually makes me feel like I'm carrying less! I upgraded to this bag from a Mini Carter's bag + Purse to just this, totally worth it!

Frustrating
(Score 3/5)
I do like that this bag has lots of pockets but I must agree with other posts in that the main compartment becomes unreachable if you put anything in the smaller pockets. This bag does not open up enough to carry everything. Also when hanging on my stroller (a Chicco) I can not reach into the bag because its pulled too tight across. I am stuck taking the bag on and off anyway if I need anything. The idea of of the stroller hanging straps is a good one and may work better on a stroller with a less wide handle.

It's just OK
(Score 3/5)
Loved the look of it on-line - then saw it in a store so I ordered. For me it doesn't have enough room. I'm a new Mom so perhaps I'm not as efficient as I need to be - so maybe I'll love it later, but for now, it's just OK. I'm using it and don't plan to buy another to replace it at this point, so hope it gets better.

Got this bag as a father's day gift because my husband thinks my diaper bag is too girly. He absolutely loves this bag. It fits all the baby's stuff, his books, cell phone and has a hook for his keys. It also hooks to the stroller which is awesome!
