	Graco IPO The IPO Stroller is a compact toddler stroller with European styling. It allows one-hand folding and has a carry handle. The recommended child weight is 50lbs (22.6kg). The stroller comes with a reclining seat, a canopy with peek-a-boo window and storage basket. The child is secure with a combination 3-point or 5-point harness.	Combi Flare A lightweight portable stroller with a compact tri-fold design. It weighs only 11.6 pounds, but will hold up to 55 pounds. Designed for taller parents, reclining seat, and many more features.
Security and Comfort: Security and comfort are very important for your child, how secure is the stroller for children and how comfortable is the seat?	The Graco IPO's seat reclines up to 60 degrees which is considered very comfortable for children. Most children have no trouble falling asleep in the stroller - which is good. The stroller's harness can be used as 3 or 5-point. This allows for more security when used with babies, or more comfort for older children. The Graco is usually considered safe and comfortable for relatively bigger children and the seat's back support is considered good. In rare cases the seat may drop to a 45 degrees position by a toddler's motion. This isn't good but is not very likely to happen. The seat sides are not padded for comfort and this can pose a problem for some children, especially when sleeping.	The Combi Flare is narrow and may not be a good fit for larger children. However, is stable and will not tip over with a heavy bag on the handles and no baby inside. Children find the cup holder very comfortable. For most children the stroller's seat reclines enough for to nap comfortably. Sometimes the stroller jolts the children when encountering a bump in the road. Also in one case a mother complained that her baby's fingers were pinched under the front bar because of the way the frame is constructed (this can probably happen in many strollers). The sunshade is very good for the children.
Lightweight: A stroller's weight is usually important for when you need to push it up or down hill, and when you need to load it to your car or unload it. On the other hand, lower weight strollers, if they are not made from hi-tec materials, are usually more fragile and prone to break down sooner than others	The Graco IPO weighs 17.53lb (7.95kg). Some users believe this to be too heavy, especially when required to hold a child in one hand and the stroller in the other.	The Combi Flare weighs 11.7 pounds (5.3kg). Most people will find it very lightweight and have no problem carrying it with their children inside.

Adult Comfort: The level of comfort this stroller provides for the adults who push and use it. Some strollers are not comfortable for adults over a certain height, others make your feet kick the back wheels, and this all has to be considered.	The Graco IPO is light and easy to manoeuver, with good one-hand folding action and small space requirements when folded. It is usually more comfortable for adults over 5'7 (170cm), and shorter users commented that it may not be easy to smaller persons to push the stroller or load it into a car. The stroller is generally perceived as sturdy and comfortable, and easy to handle. It is also not likely to tip when hanging bags on its handles.	The Combi Flare steers nice and smoothly and the back wheels are easy to lock. The carrying strap is a nice, helpful feature. The front wheels do not rotate as easily as other strollers. The stroller is usually good for people between 5'8 (172.7m) and 6'1 (185.4m) as the handles are tall and they don't kick the wheels when pushing it. The stroller is stable and able to hold the weight of a heavy bag on the back even when no child is sitting inside. The wheels work usually well on gravel paths, city sidewalks, and grass. Almost all users had no difficulties pushing the stroller outside.
Child age and weight: Strollers have child weight limit which usually correlates to age and size.	Graco recommends the IPO stroller for children up to 50lb (18kg). In some cases children up to five years of age may sit in the stroller comfortably, with the stroller not losing control or maneuverability. It folds up small and is very easy to load or unload from cars and buses, but does not fold very well if the basket contains items.
