Great product,quick delivery...however,Amaazon jumped the gun on me...I was supposed to get free shipping on this order,when I found I wasnt getting it,I cancelled the order(I never checked out) Amazon was nice enough to ship it anyway;shame on them. I will withdraw my credit card info so it wont happen again! After paying $8 for shipping,it ended up costing me more,so I saved nothing!

I'm not sure if it's because of the terrible packaging (see many of the other 1-star reviews) or what, but there is something wrong with these K-cups. They seem to be full of air - maybe the effect of cabin/air pressure on those "frustration-free" boxes? - such they they practically burst when the needle in the Keurig pierces them. A few drops of water trickle through, then the machine stops. And, yes, my Keurig has recently been properly cleaned, complete with vinegar, and other brands of the K-cups do work.

Aside from this hassle, once I do manage to get a full cup of coffee out of one of these things, it just doesn't taste good. I was hoping for a bold roast (I like my coffee very strong and black), but these K-cups produce only a bitter, watery sludge masquerading as a bold blend. Granted, the off flavor could be due to the faulty cups, but either way, the product is no good.

After 5 failed attempts at producing a decent cup of coffee, I gave up and shipped these back to Amazon. I'm going to stick with Timothy's dark roasts from now on, and will leave the frustration-free packaging for non-edible orders.

Ordered automatic shipping on this item. The coffee is good. Have no problem with that. But it's nothing I can't buy at Bed, Bath & Beyond, as an example. Having it shipped automatically, though, means they have to get a signature at the house. If I'm not home, they leave a slip telling me to call and reschedule delivery or pick up at UPS. Very inconvenient. I "think" I've cancelled the automatic shipping, but I'm not sure. Last item was finally sent back. I used a gift certificate, so I don't know if they'll credit it back to my account. Don't sign up for automatic shipping unless you're home all the time!!

Other than this problem, I like Amazon.

Have been receiving auto shipments once a month and they are always fresh and delicious. Definitely something I will continue to do for a long time. Medium flavor - just right for my morning and evening cup.
