Low Cost
How much does it cost to get and use the shaving device?
While cheaper to buy, razors have a lot of expenses associated with them.
There are many types of razors. Some are cheaper than others and some cost a lot. Add to that the ongoing costs of shaving lotions and aftershaves - and the cost of shaving with disposable razors, even the cheapest ones, accumulates to quite a lot.
Eco-friendliness
What is the burden that using the shaving device puts on the environment?
There is generally more waste produced when using a razor compared to an electric shaver.
With a razor you use water, shaving products which may contain detergents (lotions, gels or just soap), and of course you need to get new blades and dispose of the old ones once in a while.
Multitask While Shaving
Can you multitask while you shave? How much of your attention does the shaving device require?
No, no, no.
If you don't want to cut yourself, you'd better concentrate on your shaving when you use a razor.
Cuts Free
How prone is this shaving device to give you nicks and cuts while you shave?
The close shave provided by the razor makes you more likely to cut yourself while shaving with it.
This becomes especially true for razors that have been used a few times and therefore lose their edge.
Quick Shave
Sometimes you need to shave real quickly. Can this shaving device provide this for you?
Shaving with a razor is more time consuming than using an electric shaver.
Washing your face, applying lotion or gel, shaving, rinsing and applying aftershave takes time that you don't need to spend with the electric shaver.
This is especially true for men who need to shave twice (with the grain and against it).
Shaving Smoothness
How smooth is the shave provided by this shaving device?
Razors provide a very close, smooth and clean shave which you just can't get with an electric shaver, no matter how much you try.
Suitable for Longer Stubble
If you only shave every few days, your stubble may grow to be a bit difficult to cut.
How suitable is the shaving device for when you're sporting a few days worth of stubble on your face?
Razors are not well suited to shave off a long stubble.
If you haven't shaved for a few days, you may require more than one go to get everything off. Most razors do not handle longer stubble very well - it is hard to cut and also more difficult to wash off the blade.
Suitable for Sensitive Skin
Shaving can be very painful for people with sensitive skin. Ingrown hairs, rashes and many other troubles are at bay. How will shaving with this product effect your skin?
The close shave that the razor offers can sometimes cause razor burn (skin irritation) and red spots on the skin.
However, many people with sensitive skin prefer to use a razor, as a shaver usually requires multiple passes where a razor only requires one or two.
Travel Suitability
How suitable is the shaving device for when you're on the road?
It's easy enough to pack a shaving razor and some shaving gel and aftershave lotion when you go for a few days. However, you will normally need a mirror and a sink close by (or at least some water) to wash your face and the razor.
On the upside, you don't need electricity, hence you can shave even when you're camping out in the bush. Given, most men will not bother shaving while camping.

Fantastic
(score 5/5)
I have had the same Mach 3 for 6 years and it still works fantastically. Replacing the head is simple and convenient and the blades are always razor sharp, not dulling to quickly, for a smooth shave for months. I think gillette makes the best general use brand shaving product in the united states. Good job gillete

Definitely FAKE!!
(score 1/5)
I read a few other reviews about these blades being fake and didn't believe it since i've never had such an experience ever. The blades looked fine but within 3-4 days of opening them, the blades started rusting. Stainless Steel blades cannot rust. The lubricating strip dissolves in no time, the blades get clogged. I have used Mach 3 blades for over 8 years and can clearly tell that these are not original blades.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE. Pay the extra dollar and buy them from a reputed store.

Gillette Mach3
(score 5/5)
To make it short and to the point; This is not the rest, This is the Best! I've tried many other blades, nothing comes close to Mach3. It lasts the longest and stays the sharpest. Yes, the price is little steep, but, if I will be able to find bargain like I did this time, I will be a Mach3 user.

Good price for a quality product
(score 5/5)
The price of the 12-pack of Gillette Mach-3 cartridges is quite good, compared to Walmart or Target. If combined with an order of over 25$, the free shipping makes it quite a good deal.
